The house is situated in a quiet area, positioned to the South · large, wild garden, ending in the reeds · directly on the lakeside, marvellous view of the Delta landscape and its lakes (Goloviţa lake, Grindul Lupilor) · ideally situated for birdwatching · Pelicans are swimming right in front of the property · high wooden fences on three sides, therefore not to be observed from outside · 2 umbrageous wine pergolas, old fruit trees.
Two separate bedrooms · bathroom/W.C., hot and cold water (solar energy) · spacious, fully equipped combined kitchen and living room opening to a large, very sunny South terrace.
Of course, sympathisers of ascetism prefer showering. So, have a look at your bathtub!
4 persons (max. 6 persons), 1 large double bed in every sleeping room (pull-out couch for two more persons in the combined kitchen/living room) · comfortable any time throughout the year thanks to 3 tiled stoves (wood burning) and 1 electric stove (in the bathroom), windows and doors with mosquito screens · even master cooks will hardly miss anything in the well-furnished and completely equipped kitchen (large refrigerator with separate freezing compartment, large gas stove with oven, mixer, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.)
Bed linen and towels as well as firewood are provided · garden furniture and charcoal barbecue are there · you can park your car on the premises, inside the fence.
